  • Please feel free to check-in from 4pm and please depart the property by 10am.

  • All properties have 2-onsite parking spaces for regular sized family cars. Some properties also have electronic car charging points. Please see the individual properties for details.

  • All properties have Wi-Fi but kindly note this is subject to availability and network conditions.

  • All our properties are pet-free, which includes assistance animals.

  • All prices quoted will include heating and electronic car charging, where available.

  • We will happily arrange additional cleaning. Please provide a request for this extra at the time of booking.

  • All bed lining and bathing towels are provided. Please note that we do not provide beach towels, so please remember to bring your own if required.

  • A cot and a highchair can be provided at no additional cost. Please make this request at the time of booking. Please note that we ask that these facilities are not used by any of our younger guests that are over the aged of 24 months.

  • Unfortunately, our properties are not suitable for guests with restricted mobility.

  • We will happily arrange for additional items in your welcome hamper. Please inform us of these items and the time of booking for an individual price.

  • Please contact us with details of events that you are considering which includes guests that are not registered on your booking form so we can discuss these with you without the risk of a breach of contract or a cancellation of your booking. You may also find it helpful to read the Terms and Conditions which has some more details about this.

  • We do not allow stag or hen parties.

  • All our properties have restaurants within 100m.

  • All the properties have detailed room descriptions with the beds supplied in each. We do not provide additional beds to those detailed. For more information, please contact us.
